Our team is made up of recruiters who have worked in the HR and fundraising departments of nonprofits. We have a deep understanding of the charity sector and the unique challenges it faces. We work tirelessly to support candidates and organisations throughout the recruitment process.
Our Founder
Damian Penston (he/him) has worked in Ireland, Japan and Australia for NGOs and international development organisations, as well as recruitment firms dedicated to the nonprofit sector. He has also served on boards and advisory boards for NGOs and social enterprises in several countries.
